Since when do private citizens, in a private practice, have to treat (serve) anyone they don't want to? Other businesses have that right, why not physicians?
If you don't like the way the physician practices medicine (and there are differences between Drs.) then you are free to find another. No one is forcing you to see any physician you don't want to...so who are you to tell the physician how they will run their practice?
Just wondering what the rationale here is?
