This is hilarious...and a perfect example of making sure you have all options covered so you can claimm success. Let's take a look at these areas:
Seattle, Portland, Vancouver..etc.....
If you look at all these areas and connect them all you basically have the Ring of Fire around the Pacific Ocean. ALL these areas he mentions covers virtually the ENTIRE Ring! So yes, since so many earthquakes occur in this "ring", if one does occur 3/21-3/23 (and it won't) it will most likely be in this area, so NATURALLY he can claim he was correct. And Don't forget to post the stats of the quakes magnitude averages as well as the fact that the key date i explained was also a date that ended up having 3 MAJOR quakes hit as well!

So once again, the warning I posted not only hit the EXACT DATE for Major Quakes, there were 3 MAJOR QUAKES which DON'T HAPPEN ALL THE TIME and 1 of the quakes ranged from 7.4 up to 7.9 and had readings as high as 8.2 which was the MOST significant Quake of the ENTIRE MONTH!

In fact since it was downgraded to a 7.4 and there have been questions about its timing let alone that it might have been man-made, I cautioned it may not have been the BIG ONE normally associated with the pattern, and that the FLUCTUATION of 8, 11 and 15 days needs to be considered until the 188 DAYS CYCLE WINDOW CONCLUDED!!

And today it appears what I've been concerned about was DEAD ON CORRECT!
