I have been reporting for some time that the false (2nd) Thirteenth Amendment gave the corporate UNITED STATES (owned by the Vatican) the means to convert all Americans into 'plantation slaves' through the Emergency Powers Executive Order of FDR and through the STATES owned 'legal name' which is STATE owned 'intellectual property' stolen by unauthorized use of STATE owned property by Americans. The Fourteenth Amendment, also added to the CONSTITUTION OF the UNITED STATES, the Articles of Incorporation of the corporation called the UNITED STATES, to give authority to that corporation to own human slaves - citizens. "involuntary servitude" is against the law. When you volunteer, they can do whatever they want to you. The key is finding out how, where and when you have "volunteered" for servitude. Start with every single thing you need ID or your signature for when it comes to Government. If you ask for it then have to sign for it or show ID, and the Government is on the other side of that agreement, you have become their property.

In the USA, prison is at least 85% for disobedient slaves. That is, for the breaking of a legislated rule where there is no human victim who has been harmed. Yes, but in most crime convictions, there is no harmed victim. The amendment to the Federal directed Constitution, especially the one now being implemented in America, was there to provide the means to enslave Americans, who are all now convicted criminals.

The -how, when and where- you 'volunteered', and where you committed the illegal felonious act is when you, after reaching the age of majority admitted/accepted that you were 'one and the same as' the name you find on a birth certificate, the name that has the family name as a 'sur' or primary name.
