While I believe that the Bible is not 100% true and that aliens do exist, I believe you are correct, or at least close to correct. Your theory is well-thought out and can easily explain why the goverment does not shut up every person who says they have proof of alien existence. I have for a long time understood that aliens are not the answer to our problems, that if 'aliens' were to come to Earth they were not to be trusted. I have also known that the Elites would use the chips and such things and they would be the mark of the beast. But you have put more pieces of the puzzle together.
