I don't see how braces or botox would solve bruxism. Only thing you can really do is prevent teeth destruction by wearing a mouth guard. I'd suggest one of the soft plastic ones (not the more common hard plastic) that's been molded to the shape of your mouth.

I wear one. At first, the idea of wearing something like that for the rest of my life was a little unnerving. Now, I never go to sleep without it. I'd like to keep my teeth.
