I understand how you feel humanity is not a pretty picture as in Disney movie but you are not alone preferring the company of a good dog instead of a stupid greedy human being.

My dog can replace most of humanity without a problem just wish is life span could be longer.

Actually, I think you might be all wrong.

Animals go by the laws of nature, or the law of the jungle.

They are mature/enlightened enough to let the old/weak/slow/disabled/stupid die.

This symbiotic relationship with nature allows the species to survive, but has virtually no respect for the individual.

So technically they might subconsciously "love" and "respect" other species, they are only doing so because they are conditioned to respect nature first.

he has his own personality,so he is to me,and his IQ is far higher than the yobs round here,the ones i know don't even have the pack instinct to be loyal to their family members,let alone anyone vunerable,but they often get caught for stealing and violence,so not too clever either,o well,can't last much longer hopefully.

Really? Have a look at elder abuse and child abuse. Then tell me we are above animals. Then go and check how Elephants love their own. They would never do what we do, and that is just one species off the top of my head.

i doubt his iq is anywhere near that of a human but that is not a requirement of love, that said we all are made of the same stuff and there are alot more good people than bad. it's not something that will usually make the news, but if someone shoots or robs someone it'll be there. perception changes life, if you only see evil, you will think the world is evil, yet if you see the good then you will see the future. it is hard to see good because it is not exploited on tv, but it is there, even if you just take the time to smile at someone.
