Reverse Osmosis - good or bad? | |

But it is not a panacea. It will not remove all the fluoride from your drinking water. It can remove 90-95%, but not 100%. My advice here. You eat for nutrition and drink for hydration. If you think you are getting nutrition from water, you have it all wrong to begin with. That's like saying you get oxygen from eating. |

Could my sickness be related to the RM removing trace minerals from the water? Quoting: Pak My diet is good - I take multivitamins, drink 800m of organic juice daily. Thoughts? Should I be taking a specific supplement if I continue to drink water without trace minerals? Thanks I can't image how you water system would cause you bronchitis. I have had my ROS for years and I have never gotten sick because of it. Also, you should be getting enough trace minerals in your foods. Besides your body does not need much at all. I think it's something like 100mgs a day. Seeds are great way to get your daily dose. |
