Speaking from experience, Meditation IS the eventual path, the KEY to unlocking the door within, to attain the commune with your guides, and even with the prime creator. Unless you desire to know, you will not effort to seek this knowlege. If you DO, expect the surprises of truth, that it is possible, and despite so many negative "memes" put about it, meditation is the way. If you truly want to receive help you must make the effort.
