Make sure you don't work for AT&T. Back when I did, you had to sign paperwork saying that anything you invented or developed during your employment with AT&T and/or anything you invented or developed within 6 months after leaving AT&T was the sole property of AT&T.

FROM PORNEROLOGY-----
"

Now, what beliefs did I hold that made me a victim of a psychopath? The first and most obvious one is that I truly believed that deep inside, all people are basically “good” and that they “want to do good, to experience good things, think good thoughts, and make decisions with good results. And they try with all their might to do so…”

Imagine - if you can - not having a conscience, none at all, no feelings of guilt or remorse no matter what you do, no limiting sense of concern for the well-being of strangers, friends, or even family members. Imagine no struggles with shame, not a single one in your whole life, no matter what kind of selfish, lazy, harmful, or immoral action you had taken.

And pretend that the concept of responsibility is unknown to you, except as a burden others seem to accept without question, like gullible fools.

Now add to this strange fantasy the ability to conceal from other people that your psychological makeup is radically different from theirs. Since everyone simply assumes that conscience is universal among human beings, hiding the fact that you are conscience-free is nearly effortless.

How unfortunate for some rulers when men, women, and children continue to think... Keep repeating the lies loud enough and long enough and just maybe the people will start to believe the lies again and good luck with that...finding your energy open until mars becomes raging aries...

If we speculate the actual number of psychopaths to be around 6 percent - or even just 4 percent as Stout claims -

then these other "people" Lobaczewski is talking about could be as frequent as 12 to 18 percent of the population.

That would mean that the total number of psychopaths plus "almost psychopaths" would be 16 to 24 percent of the total population.

Dr. Robert Hare

"Snakes in Suits: When Psychopaths Go to Work"

They are real on all levels from the basement up.

Yes they are every where the statistical counting would astonish our minds.

They are even in the floral shop, the gym, the gutter.....the psychologists or presidents office.

You conscience is a terrible thing to waste your life is much easier by not being aware of the the dangers lurking in human minds. They will rob you kill you then eat you.

Write down everything you have done, nevermind what he says. Add it to your resume. Send your resume to potential employers. When you get a job offer, write a letter to your current boss explaining all the stuff that guy stole and how he is a con artist. Ask them to fire the guy. If they don't do it, take the new job.

Then private message me and send me a check for my outstanding advice.

besides the obvious.

of not telling them..

that doesn't work because we are all in group meetings, then they march up to other people outside of the meetings down the road and take credit for your ideas.

i have some plans.

but i won't GLP's creativity.

Just reading your headline made me sad. I spent 40 years in the advertsing industry, where your ideas are considered the property of your employer. They claim credit for everything you do. My work won awards I never got to accept. In the end I was dumped on and chased out by jealous jezebel transvestites from hell.

Best of luck...
