In the last 2 months there are mayor shifts in what "the public medias opinion" is about immigration, german "immigration report", our local newspapers reporting ethnical background of crimes (which was very, very un-PC just a year ago) and on.
They are set up for playing the "scape goat" in almost all EU-countries.

I think that religion must be completely separated from government.
That means freedom of religion and also no religious coercion (Israel has a lot of both).

Although some restriction is in place I think, for example, if the majority of people in a certain area don't want a mosque be built there, than no mosque is to built.

BTW, what happened with the Yeshiva is another scam by our government, those parasites still won't join the army and keep enjoying unjust privileges.

Interesting. I already thought the greater, more moderate society in Israel must be mad as hell at these guys for not taking in part in anything, let alone the defense of the country... There always has to be a balance and hence they should not opt out of military service.

What about Kosher food? As far as I know, there is no mandate to supply Kosher food in American public schools. If an area is largely Jewish, and the school boards approve it, I guess it could happen, but you don't see jewish people screaming about having Kosher food available, nor do you see them (in the US), forcing their ways on the rest of the population.
