I would like to take a moment out to express my heartfelt sorrow to this family for this truely tragic event in North Carolina. As a man who heats his home with wood and has four daughters, the FEAR of this fate is something I have lived with for 30 years. I cannot imagine the grief that those that remain must be feeling, but I would like to take this opportunity to stand , and through my tears, salute this DAMN brave MAN for giving his all in his heroic attempt to save his children. I most sincerecly beg the that lord GOD take this soul and the souls of his beloved children to rest forever with Him in paradise! God Bless you soldier! Be Thou At Peace! |

if I did not feel so sad as I look at them. Sad because they do not know the truth and I do know it. Oh, how hard it is to be the only one who knows the truth! But they won't understand that. No, they won't understand it." --from The Dream of a Ridiculous Man (1877) |
