Samir Khan and Anwar al-Awlaki were two American expatriates and AL-QAEDA TERRORISTS who were killed in a drone attack in Yemen last September. Don't know who the third American is or perhaps Ron Paul got his numbers wrong.

Either way, those two dirtbags got what they deserved and the fact that Ron Paul is against going after TERRORISTS shows just how crazy he is.
