This is just a case of deformation, the Inca's in the highlands had used a technique to elongate the skull, much like that of the Noobians who elongated their necks, and it is well-known. There have been several finds of this nature in that particular area, look up the HISTORY of this area. Then get out and go to any museum that has artifacts.
