ive notice lately that i begin dreaming before im even fully asleep, sometimes it frightens me as i attempt successfully to pull myself out of this state at will. for example, i begin to hear voices and see images as they become more vivid yet im still awake kinda, and lately im capable to reenter the same dream that ive pulled myself out of in the mourning(deliberate) hours.

lately many of my dream have been of a destroyed civilization yet everything is naturally beautiful, destroyed structures with foliage, rubish litter beaches yet very uniquely peaceful. before these dreams ive had dreams of tsunamis that rise and disinigrate into vapor, explosions that i can physically feel the impact of and a civilizations far and wide seperated by former battlefields that are beautiful playgrounds.

I can definitely feel tingling when I focus on it. You're not alone. I can't claim to know exactly what it means but I can say I've been much more intuitive an able to read people since I started down this road.

I get certain feelings about certain things they normally point out things I should take notice of. It might not be related but I feel like it is.

I was always skeptical about this sort of thing but there really have been too many coincidences and I've known about things that I have not been told about. It's like an actual sixth sense.

It's just your consciousness, your mind getting drawn into the subconscious.

You're just witnessing the beginning of the dream state.

What you really need to do is learn how to separate your mind from your subconscious.

Otherwise you're likely to believe all sorts of nonsense your subconscious presents to it.

What would you think if you saw an image of Jesus, or Buddha instead?


However keep focusing your attention at the point of the third eye as you go to sleep, puts you further ahead than most at least. Trust me I've been doing it for 15 years or so. You need to get to the point where you recognize that pressure as you call it as you being inside the physical form and the subconscious. You may also want to try and focus that pressure at where the pineal gland is in the brain instead of the third eye. Harder, much harder but it might help you break free quicker.

EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING, visions voices, tunnels etc, etc, that your MIND sees is your subconscious imagery trying to draw you the mind in.

A similar effect is taking place during the waking state as well. It's called thinking, which draws your mind and it's WILL into it's habits, thoughts, imaginings and behaviours. When you "forget" that pressure is there it means you are running on automatic. Also when you are having negative thoughts learn to turn away from them by refocusing at the 3rd eye or the pineal gland.

The pressure is just the beginnings of remembrance of what you are of where you are, and why you are here.

Just don't freak out like most when you start witnessing what you "think" are coincidences, that's part of the process you must pass through..

Separate Ego from the Astral and you're set for an interesting and informative time.

If you come to the realization that you can never really "know" anything 100%, then you can enjoy the Universe for it actually is at any given time... rather than what you believe it to be.

I've also been able to tap into my subconscious (don't know how) and I was able to remember everything thing that I've ever wrote, read, said very clearly, speak different languages and accents, and just say somebody was speaking in the background and I wasnt listening I'm even able to remember everything clearly, this has happend about 3 times. These things only tend to happen when I'm in a relaxed state, if I close my eyes now all I'd see is pitch black

I was skeptical aswell because I've heard a lot of Christians say its evil, but how can something that's happening naturally be evil? And throughout history anything that that man didn't understand was branded evil

What about faces? I see faces before I fall asleep.
I even see them when I close my eyes just to relax--not sleep.
Also when I meditate.
Sometimes I hear them speak.

I see the shapes, too, and sometimes a grid.

Why the faces? They're not even anyone I've ever seen before and some of them don't look very friendly and some don't even look human.

I've seen the grid, it was dark with a lot of white lines, I also heard a voice telling me to go deep in my dreams for my education or something like that, I wrote and saved it on my email, showed 2 people and it completely disappeared
