A few days ago I was falling asleep then I thought I might I might aswell just sleep so I closed my eyes then I noticed I could see shapes as I kept on looking I started seeing images like I was watching a black and white movie, I kept on watching and focused more where the 3rd eye is located then all these colourful shapes started flying all over the place and then as I watched all of this happen it suddenly felt like I was going through some type of tunnel and It felt like something was sucking my 3rd eye (I felt a lot of pressure on it, it was either giving it energy or draining it) and it sounded like a dentist drill when it was happening,
after that all I could see was the night sky (this was during the day) so I opened my eyes to make sure it wasn't night.
The exact same thing happend again (except for the night sky) a few days later since now I know when you are in a relax state if you close your eyes and concentrate where your third eye is you will see beyond the pitch black and start seeing things.
So the second time I went through that same tunnel, felt the same pressure and heard the same drilling noise but this time there was some type of wall(portal), I was able to go through the wall (it felt very weird) I didn't completely go through the wall but I knew there was something beyond the wall but I wasn't sure if I wanted to find out so I just opened my eyes.
I know it probably sounds crazy but if you get really relaxed close your eyes and focus on your 3rd eye I feel there's a lot of things we can learn from this.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 12163491 It's just your consciousness, your mind getting drawn into the subconscious.
You're just witnessing the beginning of the dream state.
What you really need to do is learn how to separate your mind from your subconscious.
Otherwise you're likely to believe all sorts of nonsense your subconscious presents to it.
What would you think if you saw an image of Jesus, or Buddha instead?
However keep focusing your attention at the point of the third eye as you go to sleep, puts you further ahead than most at least. Trust me I've been doing it for 15 years or so. You need to get to the point where you recognize that
pressure as you call it as you being inside the physical form and the subconscious. You may also want to try and focus that
pressure at where the pineal gland is in the brain instead of the third eye. Harder, much harder but it might help you break free quicker.
EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING, visions voices, tunnels etc, etc, that your MIND
sees is your subconscious imagery trying to draw you the mind in.
A similar effect is taking place during the waking state as well. It's called thinking, which draws your mind and it's WILL into it's habits, thoughts, imaginings and behaviours. When you "forget" that pressure is there it means you are running on automatic. Also when you are having negative thoughts learn to turn away from them by refocusing at the 3rd eye or the pineal gland.
The pressure is just the beginnings of remembrance of what you are of where you are, and why you are here.
Just don't freak out like most when you start witnessing what you "think" are coincidences, that's part of the process you must pass through..
