Corzine (D) Wins New Jersey...

Democrat Kaine Wins Virginia...

And only 1 of 4 of Arnold´s amendments in California are winning right; they may ALL lose by end of night as California rejects "the Governator"!!!

The incumbent Mayor of St. Paul, Minnesota also got his butt handed to him in the election, losing 69% to 31%. The Mayor is a Democrat, but shocked the residents of St. Paul by endorsing George Bush for President last year. St. Paul is overwhelmingly Democrat, but Mayor Kelly endorsed Bush saying essentially you shouldn´t switch horses in wartime. Former NYC Mayor Rudy Guliani campaigned for Mayor Kelly, along with the Republican Governor and Senator Norm Coleman of Minnesota. But to no avail. Most voters of St. Paul said Kelly´s ridiculous endorsement of George Bush was key in their reason to vote against him. Kelly is the first incumbent Mayor to lose reelection in St. Paul in over 30 years.

Also, the latest results from California show all of Republican tool Arnold Schartzeneggers ballot Propositions going down in flames. (props 74-77)-

Judging by how the voters in Virginia, New Jersey, St. Paul, and California are feeling this evening, the Republicans are in bad shape heading into the Congressional elections next year.

Very interesting outcome, hatch battener! Thanks for sharing!

Minnesotan politics have long intrigued me as it seems as though the whole state is quite vibrant politically speaking...very high level of civic involvement, etc..
