You know the funny thing is, in court the descendants of white slave owners would probably have precedents in case law where they could seek reimbursement for financial losses incurred by the freeing of the slaves. Adjusted for inflation and subsequent generations of slaves they are probably owed quite a bit. It may sound absurd but nearly anytime the government takes property from its citizens through things like eminent domain they first offer a settlement before the courts are even involved.
