Heat oil in a frying pan.On a plate, mix flour, mixed herbs, dry beef stock, tomato puree, salt and pepper.cover the liver in the flour mix and put in oil with bacon, and onion, cook until liver is crispy.Add a tin of tomatoes if you like that, can also add red wine, more beef stock. Try it some time. |
