The chicken legs i'm going to cook in the crock pot in a sticky barbacue sauce with onion, serve that with rice, the minced beef in a lasagne, serve that with a mixed salad, and the liver with bacon, onions, gravy and mashed potatoes with steamed carrots.So that's meals till Sunday sorted.

cooked right, liver is tasty, cheap, and a great dish.

Here's what I do.

Heat oil in a frying pan.On a plate, mix flour, mixed herbs, dry beef stock, tomato puree, salt and pepper.cover the liver in the flour mix and put in oil with bacon, and onion, cook until liver is crispy.Add a tin of tomatoes if you like that, can also add red wine, more beef stock.

Try it some time.
