Observing huge number of Apendicitis cases in CA???
Just real quick. Anyone else seeing this here in Cali? I know of a dozen people in the past few months that have had their appendix burst. Mostly males. But not all of them. I'm no expert on radiation. But could Fuku have anything to do with this? I'm not near the beach. Couple hours inland, central valley.

Its more likely a result of eating crappy gmo food than radiation exposure.

Radiation will mess with endocrine/exocrine glands, bone, blood.

Appendicitis is usually caused by blocked or decreased GI activity. Think crappy food, food allergies, food intolerances, Gmo's, low fiber...etc

Re: Observing huge number of Apendicitis cases in CA???
Thanks for the heads up Modesto. Bako here.

What made me really concerned was that the dozen I know personally isn't all the cases I've heard about. When I had my step son in there for his a couple months ago, at 2AM, there were 4 or 5 others there for the same thing.
The icing on the cake was this morning when my sis-in-law brought it up. She's an RN here and said its getting crazy with all the cases. And trust me, she's no conspiracytard. She's a 100% sleeper, and she still noticed??

That's what I thought too. I'm new to this area. Im from The Phx area originally. This place however is crazy. It's a farming city. I've never seen so many jacked up people in my life. It seems like every week my in-laws are going to a funeral. Or I just see random people with crazy ailments. Everywhere. Only thing I can think of is pesticides??

And until its confirmed on pathology, its not appendicitis. Many symptoms/conditions mimic appendicitis. So ER activity is not a clear picture of what is going on,

And a side note, any medical professional will tell you, many conditions happen in 'cycles'. Its a weird anomaly.

Once we had 3 people come in to the ER within 4 hours with a a very rare condition that hadnt been seen in years. Life is funny

Personally, i believe pesticides are the root of a lot of medical problems. And there are a lot of farming communities in cali. so, yeah

From what ive read, cali uses a lot of pesticides. Supoosedly, almonds are mini death bombs theyre so toxic. The potato fields are so poisoned with insecticides, they have to store the potatoes in cellars for weeks in order to let the toxins dissipate...

I hate giving myself up on this site in any way. But oh well... My father in law is one of, if not, the largest almond farmers around. My house is literally surrounded by almond orchards.. For miles around...

I also do agree that these things come in waves. I'm just curious as to why? And not just the medical mystery explaination either.

Your a good bit south from me, maybe it is a more local issue?? Something in the food or water?? California as a whole is in pretty bad financial shape and a lot of people can not afford to buy quality food. Maybe its the food messing with there systems...

The gastrointestinal syndrome is a term used to describe the effects of radiation poisoning on the stomach and intestine. Moderately high doses of radiation (as low as 6 Gray) can cause gastrointestinal symptoms within the first hour after exposure. The initial damage leads to nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and poor appetite. This first phase may last for a few days and is followed by a symptom-free period. As the effects of radiation continue to destroy the cells of the digestive tract, the shedding of dead cells causes bloody diarrhea and severe dehydration. The loss of cells also makes the digestive tract vulnerable to bacteria which can cause life-threatening infections. Death can result within a few weeks due to loss of fluid and electrolytes or infection. Fifty percent of those who have access to intensive medical care will recover.

Re: Observing huge number of Apendicitis cases in CA???
Wow. I recently found out that my nephew's girlfriend (late 30s) had to be rushed to the hospital last week to have her appendix removed. They live in LA. Now she's having some sort of problems. Three days after surgery, she was throwing up all day. They went to the hospital. I'm not exactly sure what is wrong. My nephew said it's complications from the surgery and she's unable to go to work.

When I saw your thread title, I was like "what???"
