By gargling, he means swishing it in your mouth, do not gargle  I have been doing the oil pullinf for a couple of months now..... I've been on Vicodan for a few years for a spine problem....and I take fioricet every month, (like clockwork) for migraine. Since starting the oil pulling, I've literally gone three weeks at a time without having to take a vicodan and last month, I didn't have a migraine for the first time in years... If it's the placebo effect - I'll take it!
