Oil pulling truly is amazing. If you use coconut oil, it will whiten your teeth extremely well. I haven't gone to the dentist since oil pulling and my teeth are great. No plaque or any problems.

It is also great if you have a cold or a lot of mucus and you use sunflower oil in the shower. It pulls the mucus out very well and the steam helps also.

I know someone who got rid of his gout oil pulling and if he stops doing it, it comes back. Also heard of it helping arthritis.

It is also great for constipation.
