Will olive oiol give you the same benefits, like white teeth and arthritis remedy???
I just want to verify before i hit the olive oil i have on hand.
How long do you gargle with it? (sorry if i'm repeating stuff, but i have a little problem following instructions.

You dont gargle per se, you swish it around in your mouth like you would mouth wash first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for 15-20 mins. More importantly spit it out in the trash, don't swallow! I rinse my mouth out with warm water and brush my teeth with some homemade toothpaste. Homade toothpaste recipe. 2/3 cup of baking soda 2 tablespoons of peppermint extract 2-3 teaspoons of sea salt Mix together with water to the consistency you desire! Enjoy!  I'd read about this before when I had a tooth abscess. Everything I read was related to abscesses so I had no idea of the other benefits. I'm going to give this a go.
