Hi I bought a bottle of cold pressed sunflower oil for this. I go to the gym. I understand that pulling pulls out harmful metal deposits but will it pull out the good ones. With oil pulling will I be having to supplement with say iron and things more than if I wasnt pulling?

I had never heard of that and I have been oil pulling for years. I doubt you need to supplement with iron unless you are vegan. Even then, it is doubtful.

Im pulling now, imformation does say that it draws out toxic metals so I thought it may pull out the good too. If you feel good il take ya word and be pulling hf

Yeah, I wouldn't worry about it. It is just oil. It is not like you can do much damage with it. My understanding is that the oil acts like a magnet and pulls mucus, bacteria, plaque and toxins out of the saliva so the body does not have to deal with it. It frees up the body to do other things.

Many people's mouths are a cess pool of bacteria and that is very detrimental to the body. Ever heard the phrase, "Look a gift horse in the mouth"? Ranchers used to look at horses mouths to see how healthy they were. Poor mouth, poor health. Same with people. If your mouth is a mess, you can bet your body most likely is as well as the mouth is a reflection of body health. This is explained very clearly in The Oil Pulling Miracle book:

Also, if you have a heart condition it is extremely important to oil pull as there is a certain bacteria in the mouth that can damage the heart and induce a heart attack, which is why dentists will ask people with heart conditions to go on antibiotics before any dental work is performed. Dental work can cause the bacteria to travel in the body and cause havoc.
