I read you can lose your fillings if you oil pull.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 694452 I suppose it is possible if your fillings are loose. I have quite a few fillings and have been oil pulling almost daily for about 4 years and have no problems. It has kept me from going to the dentist actually.
