Honestly this is blowing my mind right now lol....who knew so many health benefits could come from just swishing oil around in your mouth every morning.
So after you do the oil, can you use mouthwash, instead of toothpaste containing fluoride, or the baking soda toothpaste?
Also will this get rid of toothaches?
