I've heard some great things about oil pulling so I decided to try it. Did it religiously for about four months and finally just quit because I couldn't see any benefits... guess I'm just too damn healthy, I don't know...

Definitely worth trying, tho, just use a good-tasting or neutral oil or you'll hate it. I used mostly organic virgin coconut oil, and eventually switched to sunflower oil for the last month or two. It has a neutral flavor, and it's a lot cheaper than the coconut.
