Hello there ive seen a small ufo go over my garden 3 times back in 2009 and how about time travellers from this planet.

UFO's are time travelers?...

Some UFO's themselves are some kind of plasma being or something and are time travelers?...

Say an alien spirit incarnated here, say around the time of the Neanderthals.

And then... say Middle Ages, and a few more times, right up to 2012.

Why that not make the alien in question a time traveler of sorts?

Some Ufo’s are time travelers, some ufo’s are interdimensional travelers and some are travelers of the physical realm (that we which we most often identify with from our narrow frame of reference). And of course some ufo’s are weather balloons.

Everything is possible because we create our own realities.

Yes...yes, Its somewhat predetermined but ultimately we have created the reality we want to experience as a collective.

The real UFO's that are not gov. psy-ops, Are dimensional ships because time only exists as a reference point to mark our experience we are in now.

Supposedly there are many of ourselves experiencing many different things at the same time.

And if you focus properly in a particular way you connect with some of your other selfs or tap into the knowledge of the entire collective.

We may never know for sure till we reach our transition between experiences to reflect on our learnings.

Really? I'm fairly certain we are all traveling forward in time right now. Aside from broken physics that can't explain itself without dozens of theories that contradict each other, nothing says time travel is impossible.
