I received a headsup from an engineer that there is something going on with routing - he is in the Netherlands where he has been working with a team to reroute traffic from one of the main hubs in the Netherlands - looks like it is working.

Other main hubs are not so lucky, here you can see the latest raw data from (some) hubs:

0 means 100% packet loss.

I can confirm that the LDAP databases for Telefonica and Terra (large Telcos Spain) are inaccessible at this time.
