A convoy of armored personnel carriers and military vehicles was seen moving toward southern Dagestan from March 14 to March 17, the reports said.

In August 2010 the Government of Armenia signed an extension to this agreement with Russia, providing for a continued Russian border guard presence until 2046.

nice find. not sure this has anything to do with iran per se (obviously it's mostly about dagestan, then azerbaijan, then turkey) but it sure doesn't calm the waters.

Saudi/Qatari terror assets operate in Dagestan/Chechnya.
