I also thank them for the natural & organic sustenance that they will provide my family. Quoting: Chip® ^^^^^THIS^^^^^ I do this as well, even if I am eating meat from the store. If you look at Native American teachings they always tell you to thank the animal and it's spirit for providing you with what you need from it. Hence the fact they used every piece of the animal. ^^^This^^^ everything is sacred Favorite quote or Haiku, Nikos Kazantzakis " I said to the Almond tree, "Sister, speak to me of God..." And the Almond tree blossomed... |

I also thank them for the natural & organic sustenance that they will provide my family. Quoting: Chip® Do you thank them for having the caring, innocent spirit and mindset to have not taken your redneck balls down first? Because I am pretty sure it is smarter than you but chose to not hurt you first. Idiot. Hahaha! Gays are funny. I am not gay asswipe. Not that anything is wrong with being gay. I am glad you are such a "MAN" that you can take down an innocent animal just to feed your filthy stomach and to feed your filthy Ego by putting its head on a wall for your personal trophy satisfaction. I guess those who have pencil dicks need to do that kind of thing. I am female by the way and would gladly meet up with you and twist your balls until they are purple and then pop them with a horn of something you killed in the name of "sport". Stop being a disrespectful little prick. Most hunters I know don't hunt for "The Sport" or the thrill of the kill. I hunt and fish for food. It's cheap, healthy food. 1/3 of my take goes to a food pantry and I give a lot of it away to friends and family. Hey...a lot of us are feeding people who can't provide for themselves I'd never hunt bear or coyotes or any kind of trophy animal cuz I truly believe that is wrong. I don't have a single deer head or any reminder of any hunt on my walls or in my home. Explain to me the difference between an owl or cat or bear or coyote taking down an animal for food and a human taking down an animal for food? We're all animals and we all gotta eat. |

I also thank them for the natural & organic sustenance that they will provide my family. Quoting: Chip® This is what we have been taught to do. Whenever we kill something for meat from the wild we have been taught to lay tobacco and give thanks for that animal giving its life that we can feed our families. We actually do this with plants for food (once a season) and medicine (each daily need). It seems one of the things that is wrong in this world is the general lack of appreciation, consideration, and respect which we are trying to preserve. |

I apologize to my plants if they're thirsty and I haven't watered them in a few days, and I apologize to bugs when I take them outside, "I'm sorry little buddy. You don't have to go home, but you can't stay here." Trying to bring GLP together. I'm still collecting flags from posters all over the world. Thread: Official "Flags from around the world" thread. Hoping to get posts from all countries that frequent GLP. :gratefulsig: |

Natasha Zu User ID: 1480562 United States 03/20/2012 03:32 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The other night , a giant bullfrog was trying to make his way across the road..after a nice rain..I was traveling at a pretty high speed and tried to swerve around him, but alas, I heard the poor little thing 'pop' under my tire. I had tears in my eyes, and said 'Im so sorry' about a dozen times..I felt so horrible. I know he probably passed fast. “Who are you to judge the life I live? wisc_natureboy (OP) User ID: 12768911 United States 03/20/2012 11:45 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I did last night..I was walking barefoot and didnt notice a sort of odd snail snake thing and I trod on it by mistake and squashed it..dead Quoting: wildhoney so I apologized...didnt mean to I walk barefoot usually everyday. So nice with the extreme warm weather, it's like summer in late Winter. I try to be so aware while walking, whether ants, snails or snipers hiding behind the neighbours garage, I try to stay aware.
