Clarification :

The Centrifugal force creating a Pressure Area in the Magma/Earth Core pushing it towards the Furthest Point on/in Earth from the Sun , is due to Earth rotation around the Sun ( its location will vary as the Earth axes points away from the Sun with the Seasons , going back and forth between the Poles , while in Spring will affect a swath around the Equator ) . Hence Winter will also be the Earth Quake Season in that Hemisphere .
