No do not go and hide out....

Instead go out in the most openly exposed area like a desert where there are o bushes trees nothing at all....purely nothing....hot and sand.


Now you have to stir them all up to the point that they chase you to utterly kill you.

Then run into the desert on foot in a raggedy I have no idea what sack looking dress or something like a long night shirt made out of a potatoes sack...oh yea you have to be bare footed.

Now keep looking back ever so often as they pursue you and are catching right upon you to splatter your insides out every where....

They will be riding on these black horses and wearing nothing but black...they have clubs and swords and who know what all else or for that matter who cares.

Any way when they get right on top of you stub both feet deep toe first into the sand and fall fast and hard face first into the sand....

Now get you face out of the sand before it scalds you eyes out...but stay down they are turning and coming back since they missed you head or body...

Then I woke up died there a thousand times...same pissed off people....same place and thew voice said inside my head when I would go to get us......it said stay down.

Stay down is the answer....when fallen stay down....nightmares of this one for over and over for about 1 year.

Of course their is the pit option as well it was not as fun this one you have to sling your own self into the pit and it is slick and muddy and deep and keep raking and raking until you get out.........

The only enemy in this scenario is you self....who cast your own self int the pit....and it is always dark never a day in this scenario....takes about 2-3 years worth of nightmares to get out of this one.

Then there is the flooding one and you always run into a wall straight high flat dirt wall....the eater ragging at you rising up around your ankles you have to climb straight up the wall by not panicking ....

Taking your time and digging out hand cupped places one after another to climb the wall like a spider..you feet will fit in the hand cups you dig as you go up by digging more...

Many people are climbing this wall and they look down and panic and fall back into the ragging dark flood water...some make it all the way to the top and as they try to climb over the top edge to get on top they slip away into a free fall to drowning death...took me 2 years worth of repetitive nightmare to get out of this one.

Nightmares are exercise and maneuvering practice when need to beef up nightmare.

Seems like I get them whether I want them or not and have not a clue what they will be and can not get rid of them until I win the match.


Yes that is the answer have a nightmare to wake you up out of your funk. The night knows no mercy or limits so just try to make it out alive.
