A Question About HAARP (directional "aiming")
I admit that I know very little about the HAARP project.

That being said, I occasionally see threads here claiming that HAARP is being "aimed" at some location.

My question is this:

How do you "aim" a fixed antenna?

Looking at photographs of the HAARP antenna arrays I see that there are no mechanisms to actually aim the array in any direction other than straight up.

So I am curious as to how they might "aim" this array.
Any ideas?

Its aimed at our upper atmosphere which is filled with aluminum oxide from chemtrails which is then reflected to the area to which they want to aim at.

Reflected off of the aluminum oxides.

Yea they direct the energy and bounce it around.

Remember Tesla built the Wardenclyffe Tower, he used it to develop his "death ray"

HAARP is basically a big array of Wardenclyffe Towers.

You change the relative phasing of the signals that each element emits so that they maximally combine in a particular direction.

However, the radiated frequency of HAARP is so low that it isn't possible to steer it.

(And the video someone posted is pretty much B.S.)

there are 3 different array facilities for "each" haarp system

they steer it by triangulating the beam

Thank you for the reminder about phased arrays!

And a thank you to everyone else for their input as well.
There are certainly some interesting ideas worth considering.

I can watch the HAARP signatures on the radar and have recently predicted storms beginning location and track of that storm 12 hours in advance. It is real.
