I have much insight from remote viewing about the sun. Ready for this?

Before you were born here...you contracted to come here...to learn the lessons here on earth. Why is it an illusion? because we haven't "passed this grade" yet. There will always be lessons....in any dimension, in anyone's reality...So I would imagine that "things are the way they are" for training purposes...much like how police officers in training have simulated events and circumstances to test how they do in the field

Okay, then try this. Do not focus on trying to make them last longer...focus on learning and enjoying the time that you do have there...and appreciate it! Do not come out of it upset that you couldn't stay longer. Then you will soon need to learn new things, and may then need to stay longer depending on what you need/want to see

You say we do not need food/energy. That is untrue. Look up amino acids. Look up the foods that humans started to eat, which in return made our brains function better. So your statement of if we used 100% of our brains we would not need food/energy is completely false. The more nutritious and beneficial the food we put into our system continues to help us use more and more of our brain. That is a proven fact and not an illusion like you are using to spread your belief of "truth." I am not here to beat you down only to ask you to spread things you have proof of. If you have proof, I would like to see it. I know how to meditate and make myself feel as if I am no longer here while my flesh stays grounded. But to say the things your mind creates is how it really is, is purely insane.

Thanks for the help, but honestly it's not much use. I can definitely sense in OBEs that I consistently run out of energy. Sometimes over the course of a few seconds, sometimes almost instantaneously.

If someone is starving to death, telling them to just "enjoy the time you have" would not really help them a whole lot. The nonphysical body requires energy similar to how the physical body does.

There is clearly some kind of block I have that prevents me from powering my nonphysical projection very long. Keeping a degree of focus on my physical body and deep breathing to power my nonphysical body seems to help some, but it's not really enough.

Is there really nothing at all you can think of on how to more efficiently power an OBE projection or how to clear out blocks between the connection to the nonphysical and physical bodies?

We are all good people....we choose what energy we attract to us...I just try to remember that whenever I talk to anyone! It really works wonders within self and in physical circumstances, so I thank you!

my girfriend never saw snow in her life so one night we were in this dream outside our apartment and snow was falling everywhere and i called her out coz she was in the house still,then she came and i said "look" and it felt all real...so when i woke up i told her and she said she remembers :) its just made out of love ,no special tricks there :)
