Whats easiest Documentary making software to learn how to use??? I want to make a documentary. Windows movie maker is complicated as fuck

I've never had a problem with Windows movie maker. I thought it was straight forward.

debra, as a video editor let me tell you there is no such thing. Your time would be much better spent finding a friend who is familiar with the process and has access to quality software. What you are asking for is like asking if anyone has a good repair book for your truck so you can swap the motor out when you havent ever even changed the oil.

There is a reason people get awards for this shit, its tough. No matter how awesome your content is, if you mash it together with star wipes, unprocessed audio and papyrus font titles it will be awful!

That said, there is a reason we all have different skills. You might have the vision required to make a truly great film but never have the ability to edit it yourself. ask around, there are many amateur videographers out there who would love to build up their portfolio with an interesting piece.
