This is rediculous, IMO Ill preface this by saying I know this will beckon some trolls, who will side with the mother here Let the facts be known 1) There was a court ordered NO CONTACT ORDER 2) The estranged husband had been jailed before, for breaking that order 3) The day before this happened, said estranged husband called police, bc the woman had broken the no contact order and he felt she was a danger to herself 4) police go to her house, and ask her if she is ok. She has custody of a 2 year old child, and they have a very legit reason to bring her in to be watched, not to mention she broke the fucking law 5) they didnt 6) see news story [link to www.kcci.com]

I think the police officers who responded should be charged with murder Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1595670 im not a huge fan of the cops, but it is a touchy situation for them. they were caught in a battle between husband and wife and figured one was trying to cause trouble for the other. yeah, they may have made a bad call, but if nothing was out of the ordinary they had to reason to take her.
