funny that you're talking about regrowing your teeth by useing the shell of an animal that doesn't have any.You know the saying, scarce as a hens teeth? That's why they eat grit, bits of rock, to help grind up the food in their stomach, because they can't chew anything.. I think there are so many dental problems because there is sugar in almost everything. We're lazy and in stead of taking care of them, brushing and flossing 2x a day, we would rather "shell" out a bunch of money for someone else to fix them.---couldn't resist the pun there---

This is good but don't just crunch eggshells in your teeth because the larger bits can get lodged in your intestines.

It needs to be powder.

I've not seen a dentist in ages...since my childhood one retired, probably twenty-five years ago!

Last year, I started getting some issues in a few teeth...and simply prayed about it. The cavaties and sensitivity went away.

Only thing I upped in my diet, as far as I remember, was using our local Calder's Diary Natural Milk...which is not homogenized, but still pasteurized. Made from happy cows eating clover and grass in a free range...you can taste the clover sometimes!


I'm not a fan of post-modern dentistry...and am quite certain these treatments to whiten teeth will weaken them into old age. Kinda like how most folk have trouble with their laser eye surgery many years later.
