It's got nothing to do with race. It's about culture. When you bring the Mexican (drug violence) and African (self loathing) cultures, and place them in civilized society (read: rule of law), you're going to find these statistics. It's got nothing to do with the demographics of the area. If you want to find the root of the problem, look at the geographic area the problem comes from. IT'S CULTURE, STUPID.
