The Philosopher stone it supposed to raise all metals and man to the perfection of Gold. People in those secret orders that are very high degree use the Philosopher Stone to keep themselves at the level of Gold, spiritually. They all consider themselves Alchemists. And they partake in the stone. An Initiate is someone who knows this but cant make the stone yet. A Illuminate is someone who has been given some of the stone to try but cant make it. And an Adept is someone who takes the stone and knows how to make it. |
