Red dye is in a lot of foods. Just eat it and don't think about it.I'd rather eat red dye from a bug then some chemical red dye made of who knows what. Many cultures eat bugs on purpose and greatly enjoy them.

Do you want to feel normal? Healthy?
Eat lots of organic fruit, nuts, lean meat, whole grains. Drink water.
Eat some protein every day, in the morning too.
Exercise. Just doooo it. Bike, walk, stretch, yoga, tai-chi.
Avoid like the PLAGUE:
Fast food.
Diet drinks and anything that has aspartame.
Prescriptions if possible.
Vaccines, the liability waiver is just to big a risk.
And don`t forget flossing and rinsing... lol

It`s hard to believe for some, but this lifestyle is easy...

When manufacturers claim "natural" on any of their ingredients, they really mean it. Cow sputum is natural. Muskrat spleen (if they have one) is natural. I've even heard of anal glands from beavers being used. I've read much about what constitutes "natural". Quite a list of bizzaro ingredients populate our daily fodder. Google it.
To which I say, big deal. I eat what I can afford, regardless of "experts" and their food know it all. I have plenty of energy, and rarely get sick. I could care less about ingredients, cuz, if I can't grow it on my own, how can I control it anyway? Stress and worry will kill you quicker than that pallet of McNuggets made with beetlejuice will.

Only for vegans I suppose. Otherwise oh well lol.

All food you buy from stores has bugs in it. This is a fact, and they get there during the manufacturing process.

The coloring for lipstick uses them as well....and have for YEARS.
Who cares.....at least they are ALL NATURAL and not chemical colorings made by Monsanto or Dow.

My vegetarian wife was all set to buy some of their drinks at a natural foods store when she read the ingredients list. She was not happy - and neither were the other customers she mentioned it to.

well... its not that bad... at least its macrobiotic and non poisonous... no big deal...
