...except that they just made an agreement not to. Oh, and nevermind that they have fissile nuclear material stockpiled. Or that they have probably one of the worst climates to grow food in and they're sending up a weather satellite for crop analysis. I can save them a lot of money and tell them that their crops will always suck and no "satellite" is necessary.
