Researchers have found a large turtle nesting area at a proposed $30 billion gas hub site in the Kimberley, contradicting the results of a West Australian government study.

A recent environmental impact study commissioned by the Department of State Development found just one "old" turtle nest at the site and three "false crawls" - where female turtles drag themselves up the beach looking for a suitable place to lay their eggs.

However, an independent study led by Melbourne University marine biologist Malcolm Lindsay found 14 nesting sites and 38 false crawls along a 6km stretch of coast that would be affected by the proposed gas hub.

I am having trouble understanding what/who I am, and Borian(have asked him a couple questions in his thread)and he said to ask you, that you were one of us too. He said I was one of you. What exactly are you guys if that is not too forward. I am just so curious to learn.

Argghhhh!!This is what I feel like I am going crazy and wasting time. Do you mean that you and Borian have the gift of knowing others through their spirits? Are you human or are you some higher being?(I mean that in all seriousness:) I can understand what you mean about names and labels but I am still lost/confused. I have been looking inside myself but I don't see what I am supposed to do/what my purpose is. Borian said I need to bring 3 or 4 more. Do you guys mean bring people to God? Because like I told him, I am definitely not that kind of person!! Though of course I believe in God and pray to God but I do not tell others to follow Him. Is that what I am supposed to do? I know I have to figure out a lot of this myself but I am not even understanding one little bit of this yet. I feel lost like stranded on an island:( Is there any way you can give me a hint as to what/who I am, or point me in the right direction?

I think I get it! Am I like you and Borian and the others in a way? But you guys see things. I don't. But I feel things. Is that what I am? Am I even close? Do I have that ability or no? And if so, what do I do with it? I have always felt things, but never see or hear like the others do.

Jason Mifsud must go now, says Dean Rioli

INDIGENOUS leader Dean Rioli says Jason Mifsud has lost the trust of indigenous players and must resign from his AFL role.

Former Essendon forward Rioli said Mifsud twice "ran to the media" rather than work through complex issues, which meant his position was untenable.

Rioli, a player welfare manager and assistant coach at the Northern Territory Thunder, will this week be announced in a new indigenous role.

He said he was ashamed of AFL community engagement manager Mifsud, the league's highest-ranked indigenous official.

"No one can trust this man any more, so you can't expect indigenous issues to move forward when people will not trust the person employed by the AFL to resolve it," he said.
