We had the wettest March ever on record in Oregon, and there is hardly any sign of it letting up for more than 12 hours at a time. I have mud puddles in my yard where there have never been any in the 12 years I have lived in this house.
Something is fucked up big time.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that it snowed 5 times here in March.

So I dont know about this ARCstorm, but I am sick of the rain.
