A good way to teach yourself how to make DMT inside your head

I don't look at it with the same disdain I have for most religions, however I still don't agree with it being a dogma and a "religion", I appreciate some of the knowledge given in it, I am aware of the mind/body/soul and source, without falling into new age garbage, but ideally this knowledge wouldn't be a 'religion', it should just be it, knowledge.

Buddha is/was not a God, he was only a man that attained true enlightenment. Buddha actually means teacher.

Buddhism is more of a way of life than a religion, you can be a Buddhist and still be a Christian
