nothing special about it, more likely more substantial in the us due to building codes, structural steel framing, it's what's for dinner, essentially all scrapers are the same, its pretty much the only way to build tall buildings. the steel frame holds everthing up and everything is added on.

People!! There's this new thing called the internet, and you can use it to study and find out interesting facts! For instance JET FUEL sounds really powerful and Explosive, However the Fact of the matter is it isn't!! Its basically kerosene which is lighter fluid that you put on your barbecue. Which is somewhere between Gasoline and Diesel fuel as far as Explosive power.

Why don't you use Gasoline on your Barbecue? Because its Explosive!! and will burn your hair right off your face!

But you can use Kerosene! Because it isn't as explosive!! it takes along time to burn and at LOWER temperatures than gasoline...

Just like Race fuel it isn't More explosive than regular Gas.. Its Less explosive than regular gas! for the same reason a controlled Burn over longer periods makes for a longer lasting engine with lower overall temperatures and more power through increased Torque.

So stop saying " well it was a Plane Loaded with JET Fuel" and realize that its the opposite of what your implying! Jet fuel would do less damage and burn cooler over a much longer period of time and would not explode.

Even if it had, jet fuel doesn't burn hot enough to melt hardened steel. And the jet fuel all burns up in one big flash ANYWAY. The only thing LEFT burning, is office materials, and building materials... NONE of which burn anywhere NEAR hot enough to melt steel.

There was an experiment that showed that jet fuel is hot enough able to weaken steel so that it bends and collapses. But that however only concerns the tall towers not building 7.
