Building #7 was supposed to be 'attacked' by the white van carrying those explosives on George Washington bridge that morning.
It was pre-rigged to expedite that particular impact/explosion to thwart the investigation into the 2.3 trillion missing dollars.
But apparently the left hand didn't know what the right hand was up to that day, and the 'hijacked' planes got to their marks first.

Those attacks resolved billions of dollars worth of headaches. From the asbestos fines that Silverstein was facing to the missing loot, Rumsfeld was responsible for.
But....we had a much BIGGER problem after 8:30AM on Tuesday September 11, 2001.
