You won't believe how this all came together but then again...

I was reading up about Kanye West and the Theraflu song yesterday. I was led to this video called All of The Lights which came out early last year.

Now there's two more shows that I felt had a message of not only the death of Thomas Kinkade but also the Olympics and their logo/mascots.

I didn't get to watch them all but there will be reruns!

The 3/31 episode is called "Are You Happy Now?" and it debuted a new character called FIASCO.

The sculpture looks ridiculously like the one-eyed creatures I posted in my thread above. Also, the curls under his face depicts sea waves, as if emerging from the sea. Did you also see the strange antics the performance artist/critic Fiasco had to do before he yelled out "LET THERE BE LIGHT!" and pulled out a flame thrower to burn the sculpture down?

Then this episode " FIASCO"debuted yesterday, when Kinkade died.
Fiasco appeared again, this time he actually did a form of Pollack-type artwork with food scraps, ketchup and mustard.

Kinkade, a self-described devout Christian, claimed to be the nation's most collected living artist. His paintings and spin-off products were said to fetch some $100 million a year in sales, and to be in 10 million homes in the United States. "I'm a warrior for light," he told the San Jose Mercury News in 2002, in reference to his technical skills but also the medieval practice of using light to symbolize the divine. "With whatever talent and resources I have, I'm trying to bring light to penetrate the darkness many people feel."
