It was way more stable than that, changed to more colors, and had a hell of a lot more range than one of these would have. It went from Cedar Park to Georgetown. You are right,it was more stable.I saw the video on youtube and it just made sense.It would also explain the changing from red to white to blue as it turned. I live in Round Rock off 1431 and I can see all the way to 183 ext.It was out there again last night but further north over Georgetown by 29. I have no idea what the heck that thing is.It just gives me the creeps. Damn, I looked for it last night. Apparently I was looking in the wrong direction :/
