State of CA is so far in the red its rediculous! Many people are dependent upon the state for money, either through employment by the state, contractors, or through social programs. State has cut many jobs, cut pay, and cut funding for many social programs. Money is just not there anymore so people will get more and more desperate as the situation deteriorates. Look for more and more of these types of things to happen.

A.P..Shots fired at police= a 6 hour shutdown of all traffic on the largest interstate in and out of Sacramento. Unprecedented ... Look for future restrictions of your travel in the near future.

It is the most fucked up convoluted account I have ever read in a news story. The guy HOTWIRED a TRACTOR to get away at one point.

They say he was killed but not how. Something about a fire breaking out and then it just trails off.
