Cerberus Group, the group who bought Dyncorp, the human trafficking corp, bought 7 gun makers

I worked for Cerberus more than five years ago. It's a pretty conservative group. I sat on their investment meetings on Monday Nights and got to witness Steve Fienberg, the guy who started the fund in person. (He had weird habbits with rocking, rubing his mustache, and playing tennis with his pen)

My general observations at the time, Steve was/is an avid hunter and hates liberals looking for free hand outs. He also said something funny about minorities exploiting their identity for extra privileges.

The firm was also heavily jewish at the time and made a point of making contacts with as many experts as they could. Thus it become a revovling door for ex-political operatives, who in turn help get no bid contracts for governemnt work for their portfolio companies.

The portfolio companies were cash cows in which Cerberus owns majority equity, usually with other partners and controlling stakes of the debt as well.

So you don't think they have gun control behind this deal??
